Pucci  AW 2011

The last week for fashion at Milan. 17-and-go designers have shown their collection. Fendi, Prada, Alberta Ferretti, Max Mara, Pucci, Jil Sander, Marni, Roberto Cavalli, etc.

 Long-sleeved dresses, impressive toilets, narrow trousers, jackets with stressed shoulders that exude dynamism are the basic pieces of wintry collection of house Pucci. The collection has the chromatic pallet (red, luminous light blue, deep mauve, intense fuchsia, dark green etc) and the prints of the brand.

Roberto Cavalli AW2011

The rock n' roll  meets again the gipsy prestige. Hardly and layers they are softly mixed from each other, they are combined with signature animal prints Cavalli, they are stressed by the metal nuances. The airy creations are balanced by the strict lines in the jackets and leather jackets and the fur add one still element of luxury.

Prada AW 2011

 Square lines, big buttons and buckles, colours, 60 ' s characteristically, furs. The clothes are  girly without they are excessively, with the belt tha falls lower in the belly.

Alberta Ferretti AW2011

We saw  from one side the daily totals in intense colours (red, blue electric, orange, mauve), and from the other, the evening creations from which are not absent the signature characteristics of Ferretti (see transparencies and crystals).

Fashion Weeks AW2011 Part 2

Mulberry AW2011

 And the days goes by and the location changes.We are at London baby!!!Mulberry, Vivienne Westwood, Erdem,  Matthew Williamson , Βurberry Prorsum and the Greek designer Mary Katrantzou are the designers i chose for my blog.
 At the Claridge's ballroom the Mulberry show took place. The catwalk was surrounded by flowers, birds, trees, mushrooms. Emma Hill, the designer, was inspirided by the moody colours of England at autumn, beige, chocolat, deep green which were combined with metallics in montgomery, lamé , camel ankle boots and brown brogues. All together created a mixture  fresh and absolutely British! 

Mary Katrantzou AW2011

 The Greek designer, Mary Katrantzou, decided to present for the next Winter clothes with the objects of desire, as the eggs Faberge, the drawings in Corommandel's curtain, the suits of ancient Chinese judges of dynasty of Qianlong and the porcelains Meissen.The fabrics were satin and velvets, from which they were made blazers and trousers, dresses from satin with sideways cut and all “rich” in patterns.

Burberry Prorsum AW2011

My favourite show was the Burberry Prorsum. Christopher Bailey presented a lot of coats in intense colours, texture and forms, and big volumes. The collection was strong, with very intense characteristic elements. The trousers - made from tweed, tight-fitting in the thighs, and more wide under, so that they cover the shoes. intense colours (intensely orange, blue, red, mauve), with big lapels , or with intensely, frill from various luxurious materials, one from which also mink.

I couldn't skip the soundtrack which was splendid (Dusty Springfield, Roger Daltrey, Adele) and the snow at the end of the show...Welldone Christopher!!!!

Fashion Weeks AW2011 Part 1

No, i wasn't invited to fashion week but i should be. Despite this fact, i have done my research and i am speechless from what i saw..The Autumn/Winter Fashion Collection impressed me and i wish i had been there...

N.Y., London, Millan..Where do i begin? N.Y. Fashion Week (9.2-17.2) took place at Lincoln Center with over 85 onsite shows, among them 16 new designers that showed for the first time. 8 days with several designer.

Great fabrics, exquisite dresses, adorable colours. This winter the fashion suggests black, blue like Carolina Herrera in adiittion to alternative Marc Jacobs who adds colour to his catwalk.

14th of February, the most famous day of the year. Love, hearts, chocolates, flowers are some gifts for your other half.. But why we have to celebrate and buy all those things only for today and not every month? You can show your love once a month by buying a rose, or a card and make her happy("her" because girls are fond of surprises and gifts"). Boys get rid off the mask that make you brutal and masculine and give girls the love that they deserve!!

I would like as a gift a bag because i am a bagoholic, like Chanel Flap Rose bag, only sells $198 boys!!

For ladies who love time and watches, i would suggest the Swatch Valentine's Edition with fuchsia hearts and lovable colors. But whatever your choice will be, your girl will be satisfied and surprised even with the thought of her...
